Q. Is there a deposit to place an order?

A. Yes, there is a (Non-Refundable) deposit which starts at $50 to place an order. In addition, the balance is due 3 weeks before event date you entered for your event and/or ship by date.

 

Q. How can I make the deposit?

A. Please be advise deposit are accepting through CASH APP - $saphotography or Zelle (305)457-2464 once made please complete the ordering form.

 

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. No, due to all orders are custom made.

 

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. All orders ship out within about 3-5 business days following the date you entered for your event and ship by date.

Q. What if my event is less than 7 days?

A. Please reach out to us directly by a call or text (305)457-2464 + additional $30 rush fee for party treats/ favors & $125 rush fee for full party packages only (ask for details). 

 

Q. What do I do if I have missing items from my order?

A. If something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately via email GOLDENDESIGNS101@GMAIL.COM or call or text (305)457-2464.

 

Q. Can I add a photo to my treats/favors?

A. Yes, if you would like to add a photo, please email the to GOLDENDESIGNS101@GMAIL.COM (DO NOT CROP OR EDIT IMAGE (S)) ONLY 1-2 PHOTOS WILL BE SELECTED TO USE FOR THE ORDER. Note PHOTOS ARE FREE TO ADD (Not all designs may include picture this is ideal for chip bags, capri suns, honey buns, oreos).
